7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Because babies grow quickly, we want your shopping experience to be completely risk-free. We gladly offer a 7-Day Exchange Window from the day your parcel is delivered.

Exchange Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• For hygiene reasons, feeding pacifiers and teething rings can only be exchanged if unopened in original factory seal.
