Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund.

Refunds for online paid orders are credited back to the original source card or digital wallet within 5 to 7 business days following inspection of returned goods. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer.
